Meetings with key person
We will hold regular meetings with you to discuss the progress your child is making and how you can support them at home.
We will give you daily feedback too.

Learning Journal
This is a record of your child's learning and development throughout their time in nursery.
We expect that you will add information to your child's learning journal.

Northumberland School Readiness Passport
The Northumberland School Readiness Passport is a tool we use to capture key information about your child along their school readiness journey. This includes information about the things you have done with them at home as well as our assessments as to how well your child is doing and if they are on track to be school ready. It will also be used at points of transition to share information about your child when they move to a new setting or school. transition document for Early Years education settings. It will be used to gather information about key events in a child's early life ,which can follow them as they grow and move on to new settings.

Two year progress check
This is an assessment we will complete together with you when your child turns two to check how well they are doing for their age in relation to the Prime areas of learning. Sometimes we might share this information with your Health Visitor.
